Procedure

Phase A-Add phase A to main vessel and begin heating to 75-80°C with sheer mixing. Phase B-At 65-70°C add phase B to main vessel with sheer mixing. Continue heating to 75-80°C. Phase C-In separate vessel, add phase C and heat to 75-80°C under sheer mixing. Once both vessels are at temperature, add phase C to main vessel under high sheer mixing (500-600 rpm). Begin cool down. Phase D-At 45-50°C add phase D to main vessel under sheer mixing. Phase E-Premix phase E in separate vessel and add to main vessel. Homogenize final formula (1-2 minutes @ 2000-3000 rpm) for uniformity. Once batch is uniform transfer to final container.
